CUSTOM ORDERS ARE PICKED UP FROM MILLWOODS

If you'd like to place an order please note a few important things:

You will receive an automatic e-mail, minutes after submitting your order saying we received it &

a different confirmation e-mail will be sent to you if we can take your order which will take longer due to high 

volumes of orders received.

• All of our tarts contain almond flour. We don't offer nut free cream tarts at this moment.

• We do carry all types of toppings, therefore we don't recommend placing an order if you have any allergies.

• We don't offer delivery at this time. Pick-up only.

• We do take last minute orders most of the time, based on our availability. 

• If you'd like to order a custom shape, please include as many details as possible, as well as numbers of servings needed and shape desired. 

• We don't take orders for traditional cakes. We only make cream tarts.

• We don't take deposits but a second confirmation 24 hours before pick-up is absolutely necessary to go on with your order.

• To ensure freshness all of our orders are prepared 24 hours in advance at most and decorated right before pick up.  

• Let us know if you were not satisfied with your order. 

• Please note we can't 100% recreate any previous designs. We can always do similar but never the same. We might not carry the exact same coloured toppings. 

• Most of our toppings are hand made and colours might differ from time to time but we do our best to match your color requests.
