I am so excited to share this recipe with you,I know that macarons are so difficult to make and I hated these so much, in the beginning. I mean, who has time for these?

If you follow exactly my steps in the video below, there's no way they won't come out right. This method never failed me.

A few things to keep in mind:

Make only one colour at a time, I tried before making a bigger batch of mixture and divide it in different bowls and coloured it differently. Since I am no expert and I am still a beginner myself when it comes to macarons (I mean, you would need years of practice to master these cookies), of course they wouldn't turn out right.

So if you're a beginner just make one colour at a time.

With that being said, I also hated the macronage technique, I had no time for that so I said to myself: let's see what happens if I only use a mixer, and not mixing it by hand at all. If you are familiar with the macarons recipes, most of the time you'd have to mix it by hand, after you add the almond flour & icing sugar.

But I knew there is an easier way, hahaha! & voila!

Try it & please let me know how they turned out!!

Oh and I didn't film a filling technique,. but you can fill these with any frosting, buttercream or ganache you'd like.
